Welcome to MODEPRENEURS. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, digital products, consultancy services, and any related platforms operated by MODEPRENEURS in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait.

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

MODEPRENEURS operates in compliance with Kuwait’s Digital Commerce regulations and Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) requirements.

2. Scope of Services

MODEPRENEURS provides:

  • Business consultancy services

  • Strategic advisory

  • Digital products (templates, toolkits, guides, online resources)

  • Workshops, memberships, or educational materials

  • Other business development services

All services are advisory in nature and do not guarantee specific financial or commercial outcomes.

3. Electronic Contract Formation

A binding contract is formed when:

  1. You select a service or digital product.

  2. You review the service description, pricing, and terms.

  3. You complete payment.

  4. You receive confirmation via email or electronic communication.

You are responsible for reviewing all service details prior to purchase.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) unless otherwise specified.

  • Prices include applicable charges as disclosed at checkout.

  • Payments are processed via licensed electronic payment providers in accordance with Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) regulations.

  • Any applicable fees are disclosed before payment confirmation.

MODEPRENEURS reserves the right to correct pricing errors prior to confirmation.

5. Electronic Invoices & Recordkeeping

Upon purchase, customers will receive an electronic invoice in Arabic (with supplementary English if applicable) including:

  • Service or product description

  • Total amount paid

  • Payment method

  • Transaction details

MODEPRENEURS retains electronic transaction records for a minimum of five (5) years in compliance with Kuwaiti law.

6. Refund Policy for Services

A. Consultancy Services

  • If cancellation occurs before the service is delivered, a refund may be issued.

  • Once consultancy services have commenced or been delivered (including strategy calls or sessions), refunds are not available, unless otherwise required by law.

B. Digital Products (Downloads, Templates, Toolkits)

Under digital commerce regulations:

  • Once digital content has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered electronically, the right of withdrawal may not apply.

  • By completing purchase of digital content, you acknowledge and consent to immediate delivery and waive the 14-day withdrawal right where legally permitted.

C. Cooling-Off Period

Where applicable under Kuwaiti law:

  • Customers may exercise a 14-day withdrawal right for services not yet performed.

  • If service execution begins at the customer's request before the 14-day period expires, the withdrawal right may no longer apply.

7. Intellectual Property

All MODEPRENEURS materials, including:

  • Templates

  • Frameworks

  • Documents

  • Course materials

  • Branding systems

  • Website designs

  • Training content

are the exclusive intellectual property of MODEPRENEURS.

You may not:

  • Resell

  • Share

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

  • Modify for resale

without written consent.

Violation may result in legal action under Kuwaiti intellectual property laws.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.

  • Cooperate during consultancy engagements.

  • Not misuse materials provided.

  • Not reproduce MODEPRENEURS proprietary systems.

Business success depends on implementation and external factors beyond MODEPRENEURS control.

9. Data Protection & Cybersecurity

MODEPRENEURS implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures in accordance with:

  • Kuwait Digital Commerce Law

  • National Cybersecurity Center requirements

Payment data is processed securely through licensed providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • MODEPRENEURS shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

  • We do not guarantee specific financial results.

  • Clients are responsible for business decisions made based on consultancy advice.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights under Kuwaiti law.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be governed by:

  • Kuwait Digital Commerce regulations

  • Ministry of Commerce & Industry procedures

  • The competent courts of the State of Kuwait

Where applicable, matters may be reviewed by the Digital Commerce Dispute Resolution Committee.

12. Amendments

MODEPRENEURS reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published at the time of purchase shall apply.
